NOSH Hospitality partnered with Forte Catering & Events to provide staffing solutions for the 18th Biennale of Sydney. This gave NOSH the opportunity to supply staff to a number of events around Sydney from bars and cocktail parties to private functions and intimate dinners. To kick off the festival, NOSH staffed the Opening Night Celebration that was held in the Turbine Hall on Cockatoo Island and served over 2000 of The Biennale’s artists and supporters. This enormous event that included an array of different bars and food stations highlighted the flexibility and incredible skill of the NOSH Team.
