In 2013 The British & Irish Lions Rugby Union team toured Australia, culminating in the final “blockbuster” game at ANZ Stadium. Sydney Olympic Park saw an estimated crowd of 200,000 people for the event; 84,000 of which attended the game inside the stadium. Concurrently NOSH provided the entire front and back of house team for the outdoor pre-game event hosted for 1,800 guests externally from the stadium as well as more that 160 staff (predominantly in the corporate & VIP level) at the Stadium itself. NOSH worked closely with the Stadium staffing team in the lead up to the event to understand the large number, various positions of staff required as well as the logistics of staff check-in (venue access, accreditation, uniforming, allocating & delivering the team to their actual work location) to ensure a complication free & successful event.
