Nosh Hospitality were proud to supply staff via other clients such as Gardner Merchant, Mode, Blue Rock and Forte Catering & Events. The Powerhouse Museum now has an exclusive catering contract and is serviced by Stedmans.
Castle Hill RSL 1995 – 2006

Dominic O’Hearn has over 20 years of Hospitality experience under his belt and his experience stems from high volume events, intimate meetings, management roles and leadership positions in boutique hotels and event operations.

January 1, 1996The Avocado Group is a fantastic catering company that was founded in the same year as NOSH Hospitality Personnel. NOSH and Avocado Group worked together as they climbed the ranks in the hospitality industry.

January 1, 1996During NOSH’s early years, the team understood the importance of building strong partnerships with a number of catering companies such as the Mode Group. Though no longer around individually today, this company was a fantastic client who invited NOSH to take part in some incredible events.

June 1, 1996The Novotel Hotel in Darling Harbour has become a beautiful section of Sydney’s city skyline and an internationally renowned resting place for travellers. Working closely with the in-house food & beverage team, NOSH supplied a range of dedicated waiters, kitchen staff and housekeepers to this fantastic venue.

January 1, 1998With close to 40,000 employees of their own, Spotless has become an incredible force in not only the hospitality industry but in many service areas. Starting off as a single dry-cleaning business in Collingwood, Melbourne, it is absolutely incredible to see how far this company has come in almost 70 years. NOSH Hospitality has worked closely with spotless for many years and has been integral to its hospitality division in Sydney.
The Sydney Cricket Ground Trust 1998 – Current
January 1, 1998With a history going back over 200 years, the Sydney Cricket Ground and Sydney Football Stadium have become two of Sydney’s leading sporting venues. Home to some sporting legends and some astonishing feats, Since 1998 NOSH have been contracted by external caterers such as Spotless, Compass and Delaware North to work at The Sydney Cricket Ground.
Trippas White 1998 – 2010
January 1, 1998The Trippas White group has an extended reach over the hospitality industry, managing restaurant, cafe and event spaces all across the country. NOSH Hospitality’s partnership with Trippas White has produced some absolutely spectacular events over the years.

Julie Cheung was a vital part of NOSH Hospitality Personnel for 15 years. Returning to the workforce, Julie joined the NOSH team as a function waiter, she thrived within the industry to become one of the top function supervisors. Known for her diligence, organisation and dedication to the team Julie was an ideal candidate to assist in the development of Nosh Hospitality. When not supervising major events, Julie is often found behind the scenes working with the kitchen and operations team to ensure every event runs seamlessly and successfully.

Angela first joined NOSH as a casual staff member in 1996 and was instantly recognised for her strong work ethic and dedication to the team. Branching out to other areas of service, Angela returned in 2003 to become an integral part of NOSH’s busy accounts team and hasn’t looked back. With a Certificate IV in Business Management, Angela has the skills to execute her extensive work load which covers payroll, superannuation, worker’s compensation and advertising whilst raising a family and building a house. An excellent multi-tasker Angela is the perfect person for this role and a crucial member of the accounts team.

August 17, 1998The Bledisloe Cup is a Rugby Union is an annual tournament between Australia & New Zealand rich in history since 1932. NOSH has assisted ANZ Stadium within this sell-out event at ANZ Stadium each year since 1999 and before that at the Sydney Football Stadium since 1998. On hand to deliver corporate event service for over 17 years, The Bledisloe Cup is another of the sporting highlights in NOSH’s history and future too.

A site that attracts tens of thousands of people every year, NOSH has had the honour of being a part of some amazing events within this beautiful and important building.

January 1, 1999Fox Studios is the perfect melange of historic architecture and modern technology, making it the ideal space for an array of corporate and private events. Over the years NOSH has been a part of a number of VIP occasions showcasing some of this country’s most talented musicians and entertainers.

January 1, 1999Our second logo design saw a new approach with the same black and white colour scheme. This logo lasted with Nosh from 1999 till 2007 with a colour change in 2005.
The Truffle Group 1999 – 2010
May 12, 1999The Truffle Group was a Sydney based caterer who excelled at catering VIP events. NOSH had a fantastic partnership with Truffle group and staff enjoyed working with them throughout their operations.
State of Origin 1999 – Current
June 9, 1999The June 1999 State of Origin had the largest crowd ever recorded for the events in the last 15 years, with 88,336 people in attendance. The match was game 2 of the 3 game series, and allowed the Blues to christen their new home with a 12-8 win. The attendance also broke the Origin attendance record of 87,161 set at the Melbourne Cricket Ground for Game 2 of the 1994 series.
ANZ Stadium/Stadium Australia 1999 – Current
June 9, 1999NOSH and ANZ have worked hand in hand for many years and still continue to enjoy this partnership. A venue that has been home to Sydney’s largest events, NOSH staff love working with ANZ.

Rockpool Catering – Qantas Xmas Party 1999
December 18, 1999The Qantas Xmas Party hosted in 1998 by Rockpool & Nosh was for a dinner set for 300 people. Set around a Qantas 747 in a hangar at Mascot, this event was attended by Qantas ambassador Greg Norman. All staff were dressed appropriately in white to match the launch of the massively successful “I still call Australia home” advertisment.

Sydney Entertainment Centre 2000 – 2013
July 10, 2000They Sydney Entertainment Centre, or QANTAS Credit Union Arena as it is known now has been home to some of the biggest popstars and sporting heros this country has ever seen. NOSH Hospitality supplied staff to both corporate and retail areas of this venue.
Sydney Olympics 2000
September 15, 2000Awarded the right to host the Sydney Olympic games in 1993, The Sydney 2000 Olympics were held from the 15th of September to the 1st of October, 2000, and were grand, to say the least. The second time that an Australian city had hosted the Olympic Games, after Melbourne hosted the Olympic Games in 1956. With 199 competing countries, the Sydney 2000 Olympics also included four individual athletes from East Timor, who marched in the parade of nations. A total of 10,651 athletes, there were at least 300 documented events, to which NOSH Hospitality was honoured to be involved in organising all of them.
Kylie Minogue 2000 – Onwards
November 10, 2000Australian-born Singer and Actress has often toured Sydney over the years of her career, playing a total of 25 concerts there. After finishing her “On A Night Like This Tour” and playing 11 nights there, she kicked off her Showgirl: The Homecoming Tour in November 2006. On the 20th of March 2015, Minogue performed as part of her Kiss Me Once Tour. NOSH has had the pleasure of being involved with Kylie and her concerts!

“Mike” or “Mikey” as he is affectionately known, joined NOSH as a junior barman, however his exception organisational and operations skills quickly saw him rise to supervisory and operations manager roles in particular with Sydney Festival and The Royal Botanic Gardens. NOSH was delighted to assist Mikey into his current role as beverage operations manager with our long standing client, The Australian Turf Club.

Mrs MacQuarie’s Point New Years Eve Party 2001 – Current
December 31, 2001Mrs MacQuarie’s Point on the Yurong Peninsula provides a number of excellent public viewing areas on New Years Eve, with the ability to view gorgeous firework displays. At the end of 2001, Mrs MacQuarie’s Point hosted 20,000 attendees, and NOSH Hospitality had the pleasure of representing the event with 5 set up crew, 20 clearing staff, 10 service staff, 6 bar supervisors, 60 retail bar staff, 2 cash control staff, 2 beverage mangers and 1 bar operations manager. Nosh have been recalled on numerous occasions for this event over the years.
Australian Turf Club 2004 – Current
February 10, 2004The ATC was formally known as AJC & STC before its amalgamation in 2013.
The ATC manages a number of fantastic sporting venues at which NOSH staff can be found. Randwick and Rosehill Racecourse are a constant venue for NOSH and a fantastic opportunity to be a part of Sydney’s glamorous racing scene.

NOSH has been working with the Australian Golf Club for a number of years, supporting them in their fine dining restaurant and exquisite corporate and social events.

November 26, 2004As the oldest and most prestigious tournament of the PGA Tour in Australia, the Australian Open is played around the country at different venues each year. Adam Scott won this event in 2009 marking his 1st ever victory on home soil. NOSH Hospitality are very proud to be involved each year in this prestigious event.

January 7, 2006With world class performances, exhibitions, recitals and events, the Sydney Festival in 2006 hosted a number of free events at different venues, including Hyde Park North, Sydney Theatre at Walsh Bay, and Tumbalong Park at the Darling Harbour. Representing a majority of world class industries including dance, music, theatre and events, the Sydney Festival in 2006 was a definite not to miss and was tailored to suit many different tastes and styles. NOSH Hospitality had the pleasure to contribute 2 beverage managers, 6 bar supervisors,60 retail bar staff, 10 clearing staff, 15 VIP event service staff, and 10 event set up and breakdown crew to this world class festival.
Absolute Ambrosia 2007 – 2011
January 1, 2007Created in 1989, Absolute Ambrosia was a key performer in the hospitality industry throughout the 1990s and early 2000s. NOSH worked alongside this fantastic catering company to produce some iconic events in Sydney’s CBD and surrounds.

January 1, 2007Stix Catering, formed by successful Australian Chef, David Allison in 1999 has been a long-standing client for NOSH Hospitality. Having recently taken over The Macquarie Group’s various sites, NOSH has worked closely with the STIX team to ensure the highest quality of service is on offer.

April 30, 2007Performing at the Sydney Entertainment Centre, superstar P!nk performed seven shows in 2007 during her I’m Not Dead Tour. In 2009 with her Funhouse Tour and in support of her album, she also played a record number of 12 shows and recorded her live DVD which is available currently at the Sydney Entertainment Centre.

Sydney 500 V8 Supercars 2009 – Current
December 5, 2009Held on Sydney Olympic Park Street, the race length is 250 kilometres and up until 2014 the race was held on one day. From 2014 on the Sydney 500 changed to 2 consecutive days as part of the Super Street format. NOSH Hospitality have been a regular involvement in the V8 Supercars Sydney 500 since 2009.
Westpac CEO Dinner

The team at NOSH were delighted to be involved in catering this stunning dinner event for the Westpac CEO. Gail Kelly is the 56th most powerful woman in the world. She was the first female CEO of a major Australian bank in 2002, and three years later was the highest-paid woman in an Australian corporation
Luxperience – Ongoing
May 13, 2011Held every year, Luxperience is the go-to event for those involved in the leading luxury and experiential travel trade exhibition. The Luxperience hosts an online appointment system, seamlessly coordinating over 30,000 different meetings across the 3.5 day event. NOSH Hospitality has been honoured to be involved in contributing quality staff to their Town Hall events.

Mardi Gras 2012 – 2013
March 3, 2012Held every year on the first Saturday of March, the Mardi Gras is hosted for Sydney Gay and Lesbian members of the community, and hosts three weeks of events and celebrations in the lead up to the event. Coming up to it’s 38th Annual Parade, NOSH Hospitality has had the pleasure of being involved in this event for a number of years.
Richard Wilkins 25th Anniversary
June 16, 2012In celebration of Richard Wilkins 25th Anniversary in Television, Channel 9 hosted a celebration which was attended by Richard’s family, many A List guests and celebrities, and guests representing Down Syndrome NSW. Down Syndrome NSW was the major benefactor of the evening, at Richard’s request. NOSH Hospitality had the honour to be involved in this opportunity.

Hayman Island – One and Only 2013 – Current
April 9, 2013NOSH was honoured to be chosen to assist One & Only in the staffing of one of Sydney’s favourite tourist destinations, Hayman Island. NOSH Staff were whisked away to this tropical resort to serve some of the country’s biggest VIPs.

The British & Irish Lions Tour 2013
July 6, 2013The British & Irish Lions tour in 2013 was a massive event for Rugby fans of Australia with the Lions only touring once every 4 years. 2013 saw the 125th anniversary of the Lions and 9 games being played on Australian Soil. With this 3 game series being tied up by the third game, The ANZ Stadium was packed to the brim to accommodate screaming Lions and Australian fans alike. Nosh was on hand to service this momentous occasion and the Lions eventually came out victorious in their tour.

Nosh 20 Year Dinner Celebration – 2015
September 19, 2015NOSH was proud to celebrate the 20 years of excellent hospitality in August of 2015, at the Bennelong Restaurant at The Opera House. With a long standing relationship with Bennelong, it was one of the first restaurants NOSH held their Christmas party at in the earlier days of NOSH and was an ideal venue for the celebration. The 20 year celebration dinner was attended by all of the current management staff and partners, and directors Mark and Ross gave a speech regaling stories of Nosh’s first clients. They also included their story of how the business started in Mark’s lounge room and garage, where they were hand typing invoices and timesheets, and personally writing cheques to the staff weekly. Current and long term staff were especially thanked for their dedication in helping to build NOSH Hospitality. With the back drop of the stunning Opera House sails and the Harbour Bridge, the night was a huge success for all.
Macquarie Group Royal Visit
November 12, 2015Earlier in 2015, Prince Charles the Prince of Wales, and Camilla, arrived in Sydney as part of their 12 day Australian and New Zealand tour. They greeted guests at Macquarie Group, whilst being hosted Janine Kirk. NOSH Hospitality were honoured to be involved in providing excellent staff.
