Just wanted to say thank you for the three staff you’ve provided this week. Krishani on Monday was very efficient and lovely; the two boys – Ben and Eduardo are working really well with Mari and are both nice and efficient.

Yesterday I had Philip and Bruno work a wake at the Country Club. At the end of the event two guests made the extra effort to seek out Robert (Club Manager) and express their absolute delight in Philip and Bruno. They were extremely happy with the service provided, giving them 10/10.
For a guest to make the extra effort to seek out the manager and express their appreciation is fantastic. So often we are seen as “the help” and to not be seen, so a huge Congratulations to Philip and Bruno and to all the team at NOSH. Makes things so much easier, and stress free knowing I can trust and rely on your staff.
A big thanks to all Helena's hard efficient works. She is absolutely amazing and has pretty much become part of the Second Road Family now. A superb employee you have there.

I would just like to say thank you for arranging Daiane to work on today’s event; she is a lovely girl with a fantastic attitude and really cares about looking after the clients.
She was great on Campari's event and today; pretty much working solo after I had briefed her she did a fantastic job. She happily accepted being the point of contact for the children's entertainer that was arriving - a Pirate and was also coordinating with the chef and the client once I had left as well as keeping me updated on how the function was going.
I look forward to hearing my client’s feedback but I feel confident in Daiane. She is very personable but also professional!

Just wanted to pass on feedback regarding Peter and Mayumi. I’m on light duties at the moment and both staff were unbelievably helpful yesterday, allowing me to help out in other areas of the club.
The client raved about the service and wanted to take Peter home with them! There were hugs and cheek kisses when they left, along with a possible wedding booking.
Your staff are always a pleasure to work with and make my job so much easier!
